Our goal is to assist facilities in improving the final reports
generated by speech recognition software through analyzing the
current reports, training physicians on best practices, and setting
high quality standards that can be measured and maintained. Self-edited
reports should be as accurate as traditionally-transcribed reports, and
it is our goal to help facilities maintain quality ratings of 98% or
higher on all reports with no critical errors that could negatively impact
It is our mission to
MEASURE, IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN
THE QUALITY OF REPORTS
generated by speech recognition software and self-edited by physicians in an effort
to improve efficiencies, increase productivity, and improve patient care decisions.

When she is not chauffeuring kids around, she enjoys biking, reading, going to concerts, and has a secret obsession of entering contests.
Jeff is new to SpeechCheck and fairly new to IT but he is no stranger to medical documentation and processes. He has been around the industry since he was literally 2 years old and started working for his parents’ transcription company, Keystrokes, when he was 12. In fact, he put together Keystrokes’ first website when he was in 7th grade, and the website was used for 6 years!
Jeff is a calming force for SpeechCheck employees. He is an expert at installing and removing different speech recognition platforms.
Jeff troubleshoots connectivity issues and
GETS TO THE BOTTOM OF COMPUTER PROBLEMS
better than any Geek Squad!
Jeff is a very busy person. Not only does he work full time in Installation and Support, but he is a full-time student at the University of Miami. His interests include music festivals, camping, glass-blowing and cheering on the Chicago Blackhawks! His laid-back personality, knowledge of computers and intelligence add up to make him a valuable part of the SpeechCheck team! If you see someone driving around in a mint-condition, 1978 lime green Volkswagen camper bus, make sure to wave hello – it’s probably Jeff on his way to a weekend music fest!
